She transformed Recruit Finance’s internal processes, reducing time-to-hire by 35% while maintaining the highest quality standards in the industry. Her implementation of AI-driven candidate screening has revolutionized the firm’s ability to handle high-volume recruiting needs. Victoria is a former professional ballet dancer who still performs in local productions. She breeds award-winning Maine Coon cats in her spare time.

Sarah Kowalski

Founder and Principal

Having spent 12 years at Deloitte in their Financial Services practice, Sarah recognized the need for specialized recruitment in the finance sector and founded Recruit Finance in 2015. She has personally overseen the placement of over 1,000 financial professionals and built the company’s proprietary matching algorithm drawing from her background in financial analytics. Under her leadership, Recruit Finance has expanded to serve clients in 38 states and grown to a team of 45 professionals. Sarah is an avid rock climber who has scaled peaks in three continents. On weekends, she teaches financial literacy classes at local community centers.

Priya Patel

Vice President, Finance

After serving as a Senior Manager in EY’s Financial Services Office, Priya joined to oversee Recruit Finance’s exponential growth. She secured three rounds of private equity funding and managed the acquisition of two regional competitors, while maintaining industry-leading profit margins. Her strategic financial planning has enabled the company’s expansion into new markets while maintaining strong cash flow. Michael Rodriguez

President and Managing Partner

Michael joined as co-founder after leading talent acquisition for Goldman Sachs’ Midwest operations for 15 years. He pioneered the firm’s data-driven approach to candidate assessment and developed the comprehensive behavioral interview framework used across all placements. His focus on building long-term client relationships has resulted in a 92% client retention rate. Michael competes in ironman triathlons and has qualified for the Kona world championships twice.
