Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

Who runs this site?

recruitfinancegroup.com is operated by Recruit Finance, 600 W Broadway, Suite 2640, San Diego, CA 92101. Contact us about privacy at privacy@recruitfinancegroup.com.

What do you collect?

Only what you send us and basic visit data:

  • Employer inquiries — name, company, email, phone and your notes about the role.
  • Candidate submissions — name, email, résumé and any other files, and your message. We don’t need your Social Security or Social Insurance Number, date of birth, account numbers or health information, so please don’t include them.
  • Visit data — IP address, browser, device, pages viewed and referring site, through Google Analytics and Cloudflare.

What do you do with it?

We use it to answer you, run searches, match candidates to roles, understand site traffic and protect the site from spam and attacks. We don’t sell it and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.

Who else sees it?

An employer sees your résumé only after you agree to be submitted for their specific opening. Our service providers — Hosting365, Cloudflare, Google Analytics and Zoho Mail — handle data on our behalf and only to provide their services. We also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long do you keep it?

Until you ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@recruitfinancegroup.com and we’ll remove your information, keeping only what the law requires us to retain.

Do you use cookies?

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits. Block them in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We don’t currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

What are my rights?

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time; we answer within 30 days. If you live in California, state law may give you further rights — to know what we collect and why, to delete or correct it, and to exercise those rights without being treated differently. Because we don’t sell or share personal information, there is no sale to opt out of. If you live in Canada, you can also bring a complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

Is my information safe?

The site is encrypted in transit and access to submissions is limited to the staff who need them. No system is risk-free, so send only what a recruiter needs to see.

Is this site for children?

No. It’s for working professionals and isn’t aimed at anyone under 16.

Will this policy change?

If it does, the new version will appear here with an updated date.
